A few years back I attended one of those seminars
given by a self-proclaimed real estate investment
guru. It cost a lot of money and taught little
while it tried to sell me on their next seminar.
I was excited about investing in real estate but also
frustrated and lost. Maybe you've had a similar
experience.
What is the best way to get started as a real
estate investor?
First of all, there are probably very good seminars
out there, but I want you to get started investing in
real estate, not spending your money in the hopes of
actually being taught something you may or may not
use. So here are my suggestions.
You need to know what your assets are, and you do
have assets, even if your only one is a drive to
succeed. You can get started investing in real
estate with nothing else. We'll get to that in a
moment.
Perhaps you have more money than time. You
have good credit and want to get started, but you're
nervous. Well, we always have a need for people
who want to invest while others do the work.
Your options are wide open. Are you looking to
be a landlord on a property that can be managed by a
third party and still produce a positive cash
flow? We can make that happen. Are you
looking to buy, rehab, and resale--without having to
do the work yourself? We can make that happen,
too. Getting started for you is as easy as
contacting me and telling me what your goals are.
Maybe you have money and time. You just need
to find the really good deals. We can do that,
too. We'll help you get the properties, and you
can take it from there.
Then, maybe you have time and desire, but you don't
have the money or the credit. We can work with
you as well. Your goal should be to earn some
investment capital, repair your credit, and learn how
to be a real estate investor while making money on the
job. In this case I recommend you partner with
us in one of our joint ventures. You get real
estate investor training using proprietary
information. The fee for entering a joint
venture is less than two hundred dollars. I wish
it were free, but this covers the upfront costs and
efforts of the founding partner, which, by the way, is
not me. I don't see any of that fee. I'll
make my money when you do.
You'll be earning 50% of the profit made by the
joint venture on every property we do together.
It's work, but you'll be learning, earning, and
getting your career in real estate off to a quick
start.
